Nanteos Consulting started operations as a financial advisory company in Bulgaria in 2004, specializing in three main areas: debt advisory services, mergers and acquisitions advisory and project management. The company is in partnership with Romcapital Invest, a financial advisory and consulting company in Romania.

 Nanteos’s successful business development warranted an expansion of its scope of activities in 2005. In addition to our main activities, we offer advisory services on programming and implementation of EU and IFI funded projects and on the preparation of programming and institutional documentation, and project application forms related to EU pre-accession and structural funds.

 In 2005, our company established a new unit: Nanteos Claims Management. The claims management unit provides consulting services on the preparation and analysis of claims during the process of implementation of infrastructure projects. In each field, our experts have more than 15 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of the local legislation and procedures, as well as solid experience on the markets of East and West Europe, and the USA.
